The President and founder is Mr. Igor Smirnov who is a professional pilot. Mr. Smirnov graduated from Aktyubinsk Flight University with a degree in aviation engineering. He was a participant of the courses of Operation management in Tompson University in 1997.He has held key position in aviation business for the past 10 years.
